Details

The Children’s Hospital offers a full range of medical, surgical, nursing and support services for the optimal care of children and adolescents with cancer and blood diseases. Please help us in our on-going effort to contribute funds to the specialized diagnosis, surgery and therapy these young patients require.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Help build awareness for The Children’s Hospital Oncology program and promote your company through a number of sponsorship opportunities.

$500 – Corporate Sponsor
• Includes 1 free entry fee
• Receive recognition at sign in and lunch.

$400 – Photo Sponsor
• Put your company’s logo on a 4x6 group photo given to each player in the tournament. (Limited spaces!)

$300 – Hole Sponsor
• Company signage at the tee box.
• Donate items for our raffle and /or goodie bags.

Entry Details

Fee: $125 entry fee includes green fees, range balls, golf cart, prizes and lunch.

Deadline: Please have your entries submitted June 30th, 2007.

Proceeds: All proceeds go directly to The Children’s Hospital.
